Booking Terms & Conditions - Weekend Rail Escapes

Prices are per person, twin share in NZ$.
Full payment is required to secure your booking. 
Payment is refundable less $50.00pp up to 45 days prior to travel.  Within 45 days of travel cancellation charges apply. 
Booking amendment fee may apply for changes.
Travel insurance is recommended.
All costs are based on prices as known at time of printing and are subject to change should there be unavoidable changes in service costs, fuel prices, exchange rates and/or taxes.  Price is inclusive of 15% GST.
For your safety and enjoyment you should be in good physical condition to partake in the tour unaided.  This tour is not suitable for wheelchairs.  Twilight Travel personnel and other service providers cannot provide special assistance to passengers with disabilities.
Twilight Travel & Tours will pass on special requests and dietary requirements to suppliers, but cannot be held responsible if these are not delivered.
No passenger will be permitted to embark or continue on the tour while their mental or physical condition is, in the opinion of any representative of Twilight Travel, such as to render them incapable of caring for themselves, or whereby they become objectionable to other passengers, or they become a hazard to themselves or other passengers.  Twilight Travel will not be responsible for expenses resulting in such persons being precluded from completing the tour.
Tour is subject to minimum numbers.
Timetable and itinerary is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances and rail movements on the day of travel.
Kiwi Rail Scenic Journeys reserve the right to substitute the service and/or equipment to a motor coach due to unforeseen circumstances on day of travel.
Payment of tour price represents acceptance of the terms and conditions.
 

Cancellation Policy

Payment is refundable less $50.00pp up to 45 days prior to travel.
Within 45 days of departure the following cancellation charges apply.
45-31 days 25% of tour cost
30-22 days 50% of tour cost
21 -8 days 75% of tour cost
No refund within 7 days of departure.
