With over 25 years experience in the industry Shavourn has extensive knowledge of New Zealand and Australia. Shavourn has worked within some of the world's largest travel organizations gaining a huge amount of knowledge about group travel.
As a member of the Travel Managers Group, she is a travel broker, and therefore has access to a large number of travel wholesalers, airlines, coach touring companies and cruise lines. Travel brokers provide a high level of service and go that extra mile to find you the best available travel options and services to meet your budget.

Delphine Grundy
Reservations Consultant
Fortunate enough to have a French mother, Delphine has been travelling since she was 6 months old. This ignited a passion for travel and exploring new places, and it has remained a lifelong obsession. A cruise to Antarctica is on Delphine's bucket-list, and will enable her to finally tick off her goal of having set foot on every continent on the planet.
Coming from a background in corporate reception and administration, Delphine is looking forward to helping you book your next tour with Twilight Travel and is excited to be learning about travel from the other side of the desk.
Delphine is also a cat lover, fiction reader, enjoys yoga and is an avid fan of live theatre & entertainment.
Hazel Jones
Supervisor & Quality Control
While Hazel hasn't done much travel, she does enjoy reading the colourful travel brochures. She makes sure everything is running smoothly and that everyone takes their lunch break.
