Group Tours For 2018-19
Our escorted tour departs from Auckland on a Thursday and from Wellington on a Friday, flying direct with Air Chathams. Seven nights is enjoyed at Awarakau Lodge. The lodge, situated on a working farm, has stunning sea vistas and guests can explore the rugged coastline and farm. Hosts Greg Horler and wife Rosemarie, who is 6th generation Chatham Islander, will take care of everything during the week and provide a friendly Chatham Island welcome and warm hospitality.

  • Home collection & drop off within Auckland(Whangaparaoa to Papakura) or Wellington metropolitan areas.

    General Information:
     
  • Accommodation is twin share.
  • Payment of the single room supplement will guarantee a single (sole use) room. Single rooms are subject to availability
  • The Chatham Islands are located 800km east of Christchurch. Approximate flight time is 2½ hours from Auckland.
  • The climate is temperate with summer temperatures of 15 -24°C
  • Flights to and from the Chathams can be delayed due to weather, additional accommodation and meals will be at passengers expense. Travel insurance is recommended.

Deluxe Twin/Double with private ensuite $ 4550.00 per person

Single room supplement $ 800.00

70 - 74 years             $84.00 per person
75 - 79 years           $125.00 per person
80 - 89 years           $157.00 per person
90 + years               Price on application

Policy covers cancellation, amendments and travel delay.
