Terms & Conditions

Prices are per person, twin share in NZ$. A deposit of $200.00 per person is required to secure booking.  Deposit is refundable less $75.00 per person up to 60 days prior to travel. Within 60 days of departure cancellation charges apply. Balance of tour cost is due 45 days prior to travel. Travel insurance is recommended.
Payment can be made by cheque or direct credit to Travel Managers Group.

Within 60 days of travel the following cancellation charges apply.

60-46 days Loss of deposit
45-31 days 25% of tour cost
30-16 days 50% of tour cost
15-08 days 75% of tour cost
07-00 days 100% of tour cost
No refund made once tour commences.

Travel Insurance is strongly recommended.

All costs are based on prices as known at time of printing and are subject to change at any time should there be changes in service costs, fuel prices and taxes. Price is inclusive of 15% GST.

Tour operates subject to minimum numbers.

Tours and sightseeing may be rescheduled or substituted at any time by the service provider due to operational requirements.

Pre/post tour accommodation in Auckland is at passengers own expense.

Domestic flights should be booked to arrive Auckland before 8am on departure day and depart Auckland after 8pm on last day of tour. It is recommended that you arrive in Auckland the day prior to departure.
Tours and sightseeing may involve walks up to 45 minutes over uneven ground and steps. Some tours/gardens are not be suitable for wheelchairs or walking frames. For your safety and enjoyment you should be in good physical condition to partake in the tours unaided.

Twilight Travel & Tours personnel and other service providers cannot provide special assistance to passengers with disabilities.

No passenger will be permitted to embark or continue on tour while their mental or physical condition is, in the opinion of any representative of Twilight Travel, such as to render them incapable of caring for themselves, or whereby they become objectionable to other passengers, or they become a hazard to themselves or other passengers. Twilight Travel will not be responsible for expenses resulting in such persons being precluded from completing the tour.

Payment of deposit and/or full tour price acknowledges you have read and accepted the terms and conditions.
